Practicing classical guitar

Just practicing classical guitar! Think of it as background music, or a "practice with me" thing.
I'm working on repertoire nightly at 8pm EST, and technique randomly in the mornings. For notifications when I go live, subscribe and ring the bell! It's really great to hang out with y'all.
Here are the pieces I'm actively learning:
- Barrios, Agustin - Vals 3
- Tarrega, Francisco - Recuerdos de la Alhambra
- Villa-Lobos, Heitor - Etude 1
- Villa-Lobos, Heitor - Etude 2
Here are a few I'm maintaining and developing:
- Brouwer, Leo - Estudios Sencillos VI
- Bach, J.S. - Prelude in D Minor (BWV 999)
- Tarrega, Francisco - Capricho Arabe
My top focus points in technique are:
- Scales: Improving im alternation (reducing middle joint and pinky tension)
- Arpeggios: Developing tremolo speed
- Etudes: Reduce time on exercises, increase in etudes
If you enjoy my stuff, ask me about the apps I'm building! Mujo is a practice journal as simple as a metronome, and Rotations is like "Instagram for music recommendations". I'm also available for 1:1 coaching in music, math, or computer science - you can book time via hello.joncrossley.com.
Finally, if you /really/ love my stuff, I'm accepting Paypal tips via tip.joncrossley.com. Thanks y'all, absolutely no pressure ❤️
