Just a little advice, use thanks to you instead of because of, as because of will makes the reader feel like it is a bad thing whereas here I think you are happy of it.

You are not only an excellent teacher but also an entertainer

The worst thing about the interview process is that the candidate is being interviewed by a mid level manager who can’t wait to move on to another company themselves. Managers have absolutely no loyalty to the companies they work for as by the time they are 30, they’ve worked for at least 10. The interview process is as phony and insincere as the person doing the interviewing. The questions are demeaning, degrading and often insulting. The entire process is simply theater.
