Practical Permaculture 2: Projects at the Elpel Homestead
Green University® LLC co-hosted our second Practical Permaculture class in collaboration with Sage Mountain Center, led by Kareen Erbe of Broken Ground. Students practiced permaculture principles by developing permaculture plans for the Elpel Homestead. Afterwards, several students participated in a three-day Applied Permaculture session to put some of those ideas into action. Thomas J. Elpel continued implementing these projects through the rest of the growing season.
