I love the way you explain things, I've been playing for a little over a year now and some things are still a mystery to me. There is so much to know in this game. Would love a squadron guide, I've been ignoring mine but would love to revive them for leveling classes till EW.

Oh good glad to here it! So much easier when you have a guideline to leveling.

I found the bozjan hunt a worth while run for levels in the past, it’s a goood move for me right now because I’ve not played since endwalkers release got back a couple days ago familiarised with what was available from the reaper class as well. So my reason, it’s throwing myself into a deep end so to speak so I can quickly adapt again to handling bosses crowds and working as a team with various players. After that, today, I’ve been doing the duty support with npcs has been fab and I’m halfway there already. Will go look at the beast tribe quests as that sounds like an excellent shout!

oooff that can be rough. I like roulettes, but you should definitely do bozja if you havent done that content yet.

Thanks to Kieran, I will pin this comment for the sprouts! You can farm relic weapons as your leveling your jobs in Bozja. It’s not a high drop rate for the specific item drops but you need to have the quest active in order to get the drops so you might as well work on it! 💜

I was lvl 80 on PLD by about the lvl 75 MSQ quests so I started levelling AST to do the rest of the MSQ to not miss any exp. It's a good way to get a little bit of a headstart for us new players

Yes that preferred server status or even not, you still can level up jobs with that main story quest. I think I had leveled around 2 jobs completely with just the main story.

@@BunBossFFXIV Yeah. When leveling an alt the road to 70 buff is awesome but it felt horrible when doing MSQ with the first job, because you're constantly overleveled, can't use new skills in dungeons and trials, get job quests "too early" so all loot is trash all the time etc. :D

quite honestly i don't mind bozja because i can usually find groups pretty quick when queueing for CEs and fates go by pretty quick also a great way to progress your relic quests at the same time.

And yes a Squadron guide will be great. I have been working on training and sending out on missions. Not sure how to show how close I am to becoming 1st First Lieutenant. I’m still stuck in Kugane and Gyr Albania. 😭😭😭. And YES PLEASE make a video on PVP. I do play it and love it, but I never know who the enemy is. I’m used to the old WoW bg’s. Plus I like the titles I can get. Right now I’m a Flamelady. Lol!!

I feel like I’m missing out since I’m still not in EW. I’m lvl 73 RDM. FRUSTRATING! I also am trying to build up my crafting. Love this video. Also, I’m thinking by the time I DO make it to 80, a lot of this new stuff will be hard to sell or prices will be really low.

What about leveling and alliance raid roulette? Are they worth it in terms of daily exp? What do you think of leveling dungeons such as 71 lvl dungeon, 73 lvl and so on? In my experience, if you are the same level as the dungeon you get 70-90% of the exp bar from 1 such dungeon.

Hi Mark! As I say in the video, queueing for roulettes was my favorite way to do it. All the roulettes at least got me a level or two each day while I got to do a ton of other stuff like unlock quests, blue mage stuff and so on. I just usually do roulettes and don't really queue into dungeons specifically since you get bonus experience from all the roulettes everyday. You can do it that way if that works for me but I seriously love some multi tasking!

I must be doing something wrong I have a level 80 and I have rested exp but I'm only getting 148% exp when I should be getting 150% since I only have the 10% FC buff and not the 15% FC buff. Why am I missing 2%? (And yes I also have the pre order earrings)

@@HildrTV i actually think your right where you are suppose to be. I am currently at my in real life job but this is where I ended up. When I activate a manual it counts for 7%. Instead of 5% over the fc buff. My only thought right off the top is my head is the manual and fc buff are affected by another buff somewhere. Research time! Give me a day to see if I can figure it out! If anyone reading this knows them let me know :D

Yea it’s only relevant for that level 70-79 after that it is not as good. Still great if you need a little bit and don’t want to jump into a dungeon

@@Asherons Yea thats still pretty good considering the total amount you need for level 70 is 2.9 million. So that almost gives you a third of your exp bar in about 10 minutes of completing those quests.

It’s endgame technically so you have to complete the entire story first which is why it’s really great for alts. Your alts have to be 71 to be able to enter but they grow levels pretty rapidly

what leveling method do u recommend for levels 1-60?

For alt jobs there is a quite a few ways. I myself prefer roulettes for all classes. Healers and tanks can run the highest dungeon since queue times will be so quick and dps can do palace of the dead. You can also use battle leves to level to since it can be really easy

kinda same situation as in this video, you can do roulettes, leves etc but if you don't mind something repetitive thats does the job pretty quickly palace of the dead is the way to go.

Yes it’s more tedious but it pays off in the end of you use the firmament. I’m going to make a video two different approaches to crafting and gathering leveling up

This video is before the stat squish they did one endwalker. They are still one of the best sources of exp through those levels :)

Correct it was adjusted in the stat squish. Still worth the 1 mil for all three. It will get up to 350,000 per as you level

i usually don't do pvp because i REALLY suck at it.

Yea, this has to do with the downscaling. It still gives around the same percentage of health bar though

@@kieranowens5346 yea I find it’s better at certain times. For Crystal at least more near night time it’s only a 5 min queue. All other times of the day it’s like 30 minutes or longer

Don't think I'd consider 9% of a level (Which is what the pixie quests give) 'absolutely insane' lol.

This was published 2 years ago 😂😂 they have changed it since then. But it still gives more then 9%. If the total needed to level at 70 is 2.9 million. 10% of that would be a total of 209,000. Which pixie beast gives more then that. It’s about around 30% of your xp bar every day and it scales with your level ending at about a million xp a day after level 80.
