Hi, I tried my hand on ur recipe. It turned out awesome. Never thought making biryani would be so simple. And I really want to thank you for your recipe. Under this lockdown I could stretch whatever little I had with me to make biryani. Along with chicken curry and raita ur biryani worked wonders. Its difficult to be away from home during bihu. Aitu jhatpat biriyani...ingredients are same and u will get the same flavor, only layering process is missing in this recipe. Believe me, ebar bonai khai saba tar pasat decide kariba khichiri ne biriyani.. Babi is a professional chef aru tair hator Biryani xuwad pahoribo nuwari.. cooker ot enekoi matra ebar bonai saba sun..more tastier than the authentic one..thanks!

Miss Palluri....tekhet already mentioned korise k biryani beleg beleg process otu bonabo pari, she also narrated k this process takes less time, energy and without using too much utensils u can also cook delicious biryani. And more over Jodi apuni Jane e actual process tu then rather watching this video why don't you cook your own??
