Hello maam. Muze lupa h. 1.5 year pahele muze brest me milky discharge hota tha.tab prolactin 246 tha. Lekin mene uski koi treatment nahi kari. Tab meri lupas ki condition bahot kharab thi. Tab me bed par thi. Uske baad mene diet follow kiya. Ab totally control h mera lupas. Aur ab brest se milky discharge bhi nahi ho raha h.lekin meri pregnensy bhi nahi ruk rahi he.pls maam kuch batayye. Meri help kijiye.

Doc i had pcos since puberty and vo maine control bhi ki hai i dont have cysts now but maine hormone check krvaya tha 2 saal pehle to prolactin halka sa zada tha maine dhyan nhi dia. Ab muje juandice hua and uske bad i started having milky discharge from nipple and got checked my prolactin immediately. It is 120.50 now, doctor ne muje cabergoline tablet di hai 1/2 khane ko ek day chorhke. Or kaha k juandice me antacids ki vjah se bhi ho skta h but Kya muje mri krvani chahiye ? Mera sir drd bhi boht hota h. Or kya ye medicine thik hai?

Hi ma'am. I have hirsutism since more than 10years. No PCOS on USG. Periods normal. Ovarian hormones normal. Adrenal hormones which were initially abnormal have come to normal after OC pills. My prolactin is consistently high since last 5 years. Had stress back in 2018. Now, no full blown stress. Took one round of 4 tab of cabergoline a year back. Now, still prolactin at 44 (Nov 2022). Hirsutism persists despite multiple sittings of laser hair reduction and taking OC pills off and on since 2014 (1year at a time and a break of couple of months). Currently on tablet Krimson 35. Breasts painful occasionally. Can you help?
