The PPG were created by Professor, and the RRB were created by MoJo JoJo in an attempt to destroy the PPG. (They were created to be the PPG's opposites.) So, not siblings. 😇 ... Though HOW they came to be in 'z' is probably different, they're still not siblings. 😅😇 ... (Can you 'pin' this, or whatever it's called, please.
