I took a quote for painting the alloys of my car black. They said 5000 rupees per alloy. I laughed at them and disconnected the call. Got all of them painted from a local shop in 2300 with free repaint if it ever peeled off.

Kaushik Ji subscribed and liked your video today as you were empathetic towards a customer who felt cheated. Also do a follow up video with The Detailing Mafia to get the complete 360 degree view. Keep up the good work.

This matter should be taken to consumer court. This detaling mafia is looting the customers. These cheats should be penalised and punished by the court. This happens only in India.

Thank you for this video. I live in Whitfield. I first go to was detailing mafia for PPF. Now i changed my decision after this video. This PPF workmanship literally scared me about my car. It is literally traumatic to live with a car with this kind of PPF work. I will not go to detailing mafia even for car washing also. Will recommend all my known contacts to not opt for detailing Mafia.

First of all ppf is the worst hyped up service in todays auto world. You pay 80000 to apply a plastic sheet that will supposedly protect the paint from scratches and that scatches will look even worse on plastic sheet just to save you few thousand when you resell the car. When in reality you already more than that in ppf.

Social media is good but still File a case also in consumer court as well.

I was thinking of detailing mafia for my new X1 but now will look for alternatives thanks

I had a PPF Ultrashield X but from nearby car spa store. Their workmanship is upmost and the quality is awesome. It’s the workmanship which is needed for PPF. Not the Brand specially. Get any TPU but the apply should be perfect

Kaushik sir these ppf are nothing but scams, normal polishing and care is enough to maintain dark coloured cars. We have black car almost 9 years old, still looks like new, one Innova crysta too 7 years old cherry colour. No ppf nothing. It all depends upon maintenance

Sir i also got my bikes ppf from the detailing mafia Lucknow (the abyss automotive ) he told he has put tpu ppf 220 microns which was not self healing after the application there was stretch mark and water stains left after i complained 2-3 times then he changed the ppf but the next time i was more worse he damaged the bike tank and he told it will be fixed,after few days ppf started peeling off and i again reached he said this won’t be repaired and started arguing and then i made i review on his google page , he gave threats of buring my bike and said coaching ke bahr sai utha lunga (i am a student )
