Our wash plants are entry level recycling systems for rigid or flexible plastics with medium levels of contamination. These modular systems are capable of processing plastics such as PE bottles, crates, PE films (post-consumer or agricultural), PP woven bags and etc.
Below are our procedures of washing:
1. Infeed belt conveyor (with or without optional metal detector)
2. Wet crusher
3. Screw conveyor
4. Friction washer
5. Sink / Floating tank
6. Screw press dryer
7. Blower
8. Ribbon mixer
9. Screw conveyor
10. Conical twin screw feeding hopper
11. Main extruder
12. Sub extruder
13. Water cooling bath
14. Dewater suction machine
15. Pellet cutter
16. Vibrating screener (if any)
17. Blower
18. Storage silo
