I haven't noticed this detail before, but... On 4:02 you can see this screen, right? It depicts H.E.A.P. absorbing Speeder and Sentinel. Then it absorbs Hal and... the nameless entity. I think it's HEAP sharing it's plan to us. It changed it's directive from just annihilating Hal to using Hal to defeat Nameless. But in the end it's power died. There is no reactor to charge it nor can it absorb generators from other mechanisms. Remember when the bunker's guardian was taken by nameless? I think it ensured that HEAP didn't last long. Now, if the villains who redeemed themselves and tried to fix their past mistake are dead and the new hero's fight was over even before it started, then WHO would win? We know the unnamed one is a HUGE control freak. That's why it [DATA EXPUNGES] anything related to it and makes elaborate plans. The Legion of Order clearly can't be the winner. They're just too predictable for nameless. But Hal is chaotic. It's everywhere except under your attacks. Remember it's sign in the bunker? I believe there were numbers that implied we're not the only Hal. So I think in the end the heroes will mass produce Hal. Yeah, ours one is small and harmless. But when a flock of fish works together - oh hold on that's order - when an explosion occurs, the chaotic particles unite together to break the toughest materials. Multiply Hal by a thousand and the control freak wouldn't stand a chance

I can definitely see why it said on the wikipedia “HEAP is shown in meltdown beside the other characters but is not described” it made me think that HEAP came from the abandoned facility where Hal and Flame caused a MELTDOWN and after nameless captures hydra, we see HEAP once again but this time damaged due to the destruction flame had caused and used all the remaining parts in the facility (including speedster and sentinel) and after HEAP was deactivated, the last part we see is the red thunder which (I think) is the part where nameless captures HEAP and becomes stronger

If you notice this character's eyes look a lot like Hydra's, if this is part of the series, I have a theory that Hydra is dead and his soul has been transported to this character, that would be crazy right xD

Wish that was so but it's confirmed that it's HEAP from the level firewall. That would explain why he's trying to kill Hal since he's designed to kill hal.

Very interesting since this is somewhat implying that either something uncorrupted Speedster and Sentinel or Nameless just got bored and left them to die and that HEAP 2 seems to absorb/connect to different entities to control their power and seemingly even Nameless themselves meaning that our situation may not be so hopeless as it seems

So by doing this nameless is the hero. The characters like Heap and others are still alive because they are neutral or are on the side of nameless. They are not part of the battle, that's why Heap still lives. BTW The creator shows me the work he is doing before the level is released. So I knew that heap is still alive before the release. not entirely sure where you got this info, since if you've ever been in the official PA server you'd be aware that NAMELESS is 100% the antagonist of the story. it's all good to come up with your own interpretations of stories, but it's a little dodgy to try and pass it off as the official story and act like you know the creator directly when doing so.

If nameless is the villain then It makes sense, It could mean that it's a lose-lose situation before the release of the level thus Making sense of killing hydra and flame. However, The lose-lose situation is turning into a win-lose situation with the death of flame of hydra. It's like a new chapter. Note: we talked about endless, before.
