My PowerSmith continually blows fine ash out the exhaust port and has since the day I bought it. I bought a new filter in case the original one was somehow defective but the problem persists. The only way I can use it is to drape a damp towel over the exhaust port to catch the fine ash as it escapes. I’m thinking about getting the Shop Vac ash vacuum with the HEPA filter.

What kind of pellets are you using? Mine leaves ash no where near that fine.

Hi, one of the clips doesn’t close and Ash flies out of the opening. Any advice how to fix that?

Elle scooter sold the stove for a heat pump last year, I cant remember the brand but they dont exist anymore.

Is it an good as a blower?

never tried as a blower... didnt think it could be used that way because of the filter on top.
