Back in the day on the local radio station, 105.9 the X. One of the band member's mother lived in the area and would occasionally call in, the DJ's called her Powermom 5000. Will always remember that random fact when hearing their songs, haha.

I got to open for these guys in Reading, PA about 8 years ago. They are legit, one of the coolest of the more popular bands I have ever met. Very down to Earth. My band got a pic with Spyder shortly before we played. It was a great show.

dude almost wanted to sue square Enix years ago for the song "fiend" due to similarity in sound... though the songs sounds identical in theme, they are not the same song by words or sound. I found this out because it was in the Papers in Haverhill where syder one grew up with his older bro rob.

Years ago i met an online player in WoW, called "Chopsuey", I asked if it was from the SOAD song they had the inspiration, and of course it was, the player was very happy because nobody had asked them about their name for so many years. I made his day haha.

I got to see Spider One and Powerman 5000 LIVE in New Bedford, Massachusetts (Downtown), about a week ago, on 3/14/2024 !! They ended the night with this song! I was more excited to see Spider One (Lead Singer of Powerman 5000) more than anything!!! I HAD A BLAST!!! WWE Smackdown vs Raw 2005 is the reason why I know this band!!

Seeing spider one in funhaus Christmas special brought me back here. Can't wait for his new film.

I seen this when it came out the first year then completely forgot about it's existence and watching it now tonight like it's the first time ever even though I owned a powerman 5000 cd.

It's the end of 2022 and this still sounds as relevant as ever.

Fun Fact: The Singer in Powerman 5000 is Rob Zombie's half brother. His Name is Spider One. Another Fun Fact: I don't know how to structure a damn sentence and look like a total buffoon.
