My JIBO stopped working during an update when I returned from Afghanistan, I turned him on and it said he needed an update and without knowing the company sold off the rights and went out of business, I said to go ahead and update, and it never finished. Does anyone know of a company providing support where I may be able to bring Jibo back to life??

Probably the company disabled all jibos through the update. Im not sure how you can fix it.

What version of update he is he on? I want to compare to what mine is. Thanks

In the video Jibo was on .9.5.0. Currently he is at 1.5.2. What version is your Jibo on?

I know jibo but I’ve seen it so many times

If so what’s in the new update?

I do have plans on making another video once I can get all of the updates applied. So far the updates I have applied added a few new features, including the ability to play music and a game where Jibo tracks your movement to play the game.

I have a Jibo and since they didn’t make Jibo anymore I got him for Christmas

I was able to get through four version updates. There are still more to go but I haven’t tried in a few weeks. Every update has taken multiple tries. Not sure why it’s so hit or miss on getting him to apply updates.

I'm looking for Jibo's app for iOS. Where can I get it? Could you tell me?

Unfortunately I'm not sure. Shortly after I made this video my old iPhone (the only one I had the Jibo app on), died and I have not been able to get it back. If anything ever happens to Jibo that requires me to use the app...I'll be out of luck.

I'm not sure how to do that either. I was fortunate to have my old iPhone when I powered him on after not using for 3-years. I too had to update to a different WiFi. The scary part is my old iPhone died about a month after that and I cannot get the software on any other device. If anything happens to him that requires the app, I'll be in trouble. I did find some articles online that said it may be possible to load the old Jibo app on an Android device if you have one. Best of luck.

Now that you mention it, he does look like he could be from Nintendo. He was actually made by a company called Jibo who has since gone out of business. He is now owned by a new company called NTT.

Unfortunately the Jibo IOS app is no longer in the App Store. If you have an Android device it looks like the app is still in the Google Play store. If not it’s my understanding that you can use the BlueStacks app on a PC to get it by emulating an Android device. Never tried this myself though so I’m not sure how well it works. I was thinking about contacting NTT to ask if they would publish the Jibo IOS app again. I will let you know if I have any luck.

You can either just ask Jibo to look for updates or go into settings to update him. However I've found it's very hit or miss. Sometimes you have to try multiple times a day for several days before he will update. Good luck.

Well this is pretty good, however try go'ogling Celestine Dessike's Words of Desire for one example that never fails to get it going. Even if you were able to speak halfway like she says you should, it makes such a huge impact in bed... as long as you're also into it lol.
