Please do Salah 5 times a day, read Quran everyday, do lots of charity, do tahajjad at night, learn how to do tahajjad, because you do good deed make you're intentions by saying "I make intentions to do this for the sake of Allah swt only" then do the good deeds/tahajjad. Please play all the ruqyah from this channel all day everyday and please make lots of duaa! Make lots of dua after Salah, reading Quran, fasting and after tahajjad.

Asalamu alaikum, I've been struggling for six months with jinns in my body. Unfortunately, I have made many mistakes/sins and today I suffer every day with whispers that I should kill myself and very dirty thoughts that are not normal and that I really can't tell anyone. I'd rather jump off a skyscraper than tell someone that. I also pray more often a day now. But I'm really desperate... Well, I think if I hadn't committed one or two sins, then it wouldn't have come to this. But it's good to hear Ruqya because it makes me realize that something is happening to me. I'm afraid that Allah won't forgive me. I'm only 21. I don't have a job or a girlfriend. I want to try to be happy but somehow it's not possible, I want to do sports and I can't gain weight either.. I always think to myself, it's a test and it will pass. If Allah wants it. It's good to know that I'm not the only one suffering from this. Inshallah we will all be healed from evil and calamity. Inshallah.

Allah is oft-forgiving and He loves to forgive. Instead of overthinking about your past mistakes or sins ask Allah swt for forgiveness. He loves it when His slave asks for forgiveness. Do Astaghfar daily (Astaghfirullah) as much as you can. You realising your mistakes itself is a rahmah from Allah

3 days ago my body felt so weak and I had no motivation. This is coming from someone who goes gym 6 days a week. I felt like I have been getting so much evil eye. After listening to this I sweated so much and had diarrhoea. Alhumdulilah I feel so much better. I’m listening to this before bed every night. May allah protect us all inshallah. Everything is from allah. Remember allah when you have nothing but remember allah the most when you have everything. I’m so grateful for being Muslim. May allah grant us all jannah inshallah.
