Powerful Mantra for Healthy Skin & Removing Sorrow
"Hari Om" is one of the supreme mantras to erase suffering. This mantra connects to God-identity and God consciousness. Hari Om is also purported in the Vedic tradition to heal negative self-identity and problems with the skin.
Hari is a name for the Hindu god Vishnu. The meaning is "the one that takes away all sorrows." Hari is also a name for the Divine Absolute. The lyrics to this chant are:
Hari Shanti Shanti Shanti Om
Hari Om, Hari Om, Hari Om
The word shanti means peace or bliss and is repeated three times for peace in three dimensions of levels: body, mind and spirit.

I have a version from about a month ago that included a spoken explanation of the mantra at the beginning and then a short demonstration of singing the chant. You have a good memory! A couple of people asked for a longer version with only the mantra for their own practice. This is a response to that request. This longer version also has drums added by my friend Jake Fleming, a musician and music producer.
