I love that airport… the view alone is just crazy, first the highway, then forest and probably Hanau, then Frankfurt and the Main river.

I love the sound of the new GE GENX turbines.

Left Germany in 1991 after doing my 2 year tour in the Army. Overdue for a vacation back 😎

That is crazy! The most sweptback wings of any plane and the longest cabin of any plane, the longest plane in the world actually and also one of the fastest!

Those GE engines are smooth as silk! Great video, awesome scenery

There’s a huge difference in noise level in-8i compared to the -400 series. Those GEnx engines are super quiet.

Majestic and spectacular view.

747 is an ever green aircraft!

Some people dream of one day flying on the A380...... not me :-)

Awesome view of the engines! Was Row 4 difficult to get? Whenever I check the seat map, 4A & 4K always seem to be occupied/blocked

I don't always V2, but when I do I rotate ;-)

I am a pensioner and famale. Reside in SA🇿🇦Western Cape and all the planes fly over my 🏠 to land and then takeoff.I run outside to see them.Have t seen a 747 for quite a while.😢

4A or K used to be "my" seat in the past when I traveled a lot 😝 - by the way, does anyone know why the nose gear makes such a terrible noise when the 747 makes a sharp turn??

The second most dangerous phase of flying.

If you hit V2 or almost, you might get take off with an over rotation and hit the tail section. The time the F/O say rotate as per the take card speed, must rotate / pull the elevator.
