Hello, great video. I have onw doubt , it works when the field is empty/blank ? if i toogle the required property to true and try this does not work? What I missing ( it works if I set it on the SP list to do not allowed empty values, but thats not something I want to do )

vey usefull video, pls increase the video quality to1080 if its possible
