We definitely like it to be clean. Congrats on your future house.

One of the things I’ve noticed in the Philippines is if the house and property isn’t regularly cleaned, mold begins to build up in crevices. So pressure washing will eliminate that problem, too.

So true, we use Clorox bleach spray, only found at do it best handyman. You spray it on mold inside or outside and it disappears. We always keep a supply. Great point.

Next Video, watching paint dry? Just kidding, even watching this is better than no video. Funny how it becomes an addiction just to see you guys. Maybe we will come see your place in a year or two. Im curious as to how cool it is at 2000 ft . Right now in Anaheim its around 60 f and cloudy. Perfect for me but my wife wears her hoodie in the house.

We get to 68 degrees Fahrenheit as a low. We are about 10 degrees Fahrenheit cooler then sea level.

I think your title should be "Do you want insomnia". Nobody sleeping with that power washer running. 😂

I have seen the weather differences in close proximity there. Brush fire by Finn’s from dryness, yet rained out construction days in Valencia. BTW, your strategic tripod placement captured all the action 😂

Power wash the house, have a cool drink, take a nap. Wash, rinse, and repeat. Ahhh the retirement life! My sister’s dog (she lives in Texas) sits in the pool during the summer, most of the time by herself. Does Prince do this?

Your son prob mentioned “time lapse” mode. If your device doesn’t do that then when you edit you can always just speed up the section you would have time lapsed. 🤙🏻

4.75m x 9.75 m. Only thing different is to have concrete patio all the way around. Not really needed, but nice to have.

I am sure American mop sticks are talller than tht one? Watch tht back when u have a short stick.......
