You're the best man, thank you so much for the details of what buttons to push to accurately start the pressure cooker for baby back on the right setting. I am in a pinch!!!
BIG TON , BEST DAMN RIBS ON THE NET BABY
This is the best way to make ribs if you can't get to a smoker or grill. I'm in an apartment that doesn't allow grills on the patio and I use this recipe a few times. My family loves it
This is about the sixth or right video of yours that I've watched,my man,you guys it going on! I NEVER MET OR KNOWED A BIG GUY THAT COULDN'T COOK! ALL I CAN SAY IS,YOU BEST BE GLAD I DON'T KNOW YOUR LOCATION!! LOVE THE CHANNEL AND YOUR VIDS!! TAKE YOUR MAMA SOME OF THAT GOODNESS!! GOD BLESS!

Wow thank you I’m so glad you like it !!!!!!!!
I have my 2 slabs of ribs in the pressure cooker now. Looking forward to finishing them off like you showed and chowing down!
WOW awesome ribs! Just made some and the beef 🦴 bones just slid off from the bone! Was telling my neighbor about your channel and recipe! Now will share my outcome with a tender succulent smoking rib!
I'm coming to your house lol. The ribs looks so tender and juicy. Not seen that machine before. So much better than an older type pressure cooker. Many thanks
Hey big guy, got me some baby back ribs because yours looks so so good, and fixed them in my Emeril Lagasse Pressure AirFryer tonight for dinner. And oh my goodness, they are “fall off the bone” tender, deliciously good. I don’t know what else to say . . . but thank you. Like you, I may never go back to an outside grill. Cookin’ P
Looks REAL good. Gonna try this tomorrow
I cooked ribs using his recipe last week,(one small short rib ),to try it out...they were fall of the bone tender and had fantastic taste! In fact I saved all the broth from the ribs,and put it in the freezer and used it for a stew i made 2 weeks later! Anyhow...I am making them again tomorrow,and expect nothing less than awesome results. I love my ppcxl,use it all the time, i cooked a 12 lb turkey in it, in under an hour! The meat was falling off the bone tender and juicy! :)

I like the idea of saving the broth. I don't think I'll put the Bbq sauce in it so the broth won't have that flavor.

Thank you for sharing your turkey recipe and saving broth recipe!
It does the job. Excellent product.
Great video! Thank you
Thank you do much for this! 💕
I love this recipe, absolutely delicious.... I add liquid smoke in the pressure cooker to give it that smoky flavor😋
I'm trying them today thanks for the video
Bigtone, this is the only way I do my ribs now, absolutely delicious, except I haven't used the Stubbs yet
Loved the shock look when the meat left the bone, quite entertaining video over all. I'm thinking orange juice.
Love it!!!
Thank you!!
sure once you choose the kind of cooking you want to do (meat/Chicken ) then you can change the timer and the power mode with the big round button in the middle .... i how that helps ..... thanks for watching

looks Great!
I’ve never made pork ribs in my cooker but these sound great. My beef ribs I make almost every week. I have an electric pressure cooker and I love it! The only thing bad I can say is that the coating does come off no matter how careful u are.. The only electric pressure cooker I found that has the stainless steal pot is the instant pot and for this reason only, this will be my next purchase when this one goes out. I’ve had mine for 3 yrs. I paid $89.00 plus tax and I use it at-least twice a week. When I do my beef ribs, I use a half cup of water and I cook them for an hour and let it release on its own. They always fall off the bone. I use a few shakes of liquid smoke, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper and a couple of shakes of Toni’s seasoning to add a little kick to my half cup of water and a half cube of beef bullion. To speed up the process, when I’m stirring up my water mixture and seasonings, I put the pot on the broil setting until it boils then add the ribs and lock the top on. Really speeds to cooking process up. Broil them off in the oven after they cook an hour until the bbq gets that nice crisp to it and it starts to turn a little black on the edges. OMG!!! So delicious!

Gail Holmes I saw a comment where someone purchased a stainless steel pot as a second backup pot. Mine isn’t peeling yet, but I plan to buy a second pot and will make sure it’s stainless steel. I think they are interchangeable between brands as long as they are the same quart size. Thanks for the tip about boiling/sauté before putting the lid on...makes sense.

Diane McQuay sweet! Thank you for that info! Girl, I use mine all the time. I didn’t read my comment but one way my family members contributed to ours chipping is tapping the spoon on the side of the pot to remove food stuck on the utensil. Smart move guys lol! So don’t do that. Once I figured that out, I cook in it and I immediately dump into a different bowl or whatever.

Thank you I have my mom's Power Pressure Cooker XL that I'm borrowing for the moment and I was at the store I bought some ribs like this was wondering how I would cook it I have the grill but I wanted them to be tender so I came across your video and instead of the oven I definitely am going to put them on the grill after they're done in the pressure cooker it just started
I put ranch dressing along with salt and pepper all over the cold ribs to marinate right in the cooker for up to an hour, then 30 minutes in the cooker on the "canning" setting. Then I take them out, cover with BBQ sauce and put them into a cast iron skillet that's been under the broiler for 5 minutes. Then I put the skillet with ribs back under the broiler for 6 minutes, turn them and 6 more minutes, that gives me the "burnt ends" I really like! As for the juice left in the cooker, I pour that into a fat separator and use one cup of that liquid along with one cup of water, back into the cooker with one cup of rice and use the rice setting. That gives me fantastic rice to have on the side with my fantastic ribs!

WOW! Awesome recipe and Multiple steps to a wonderful meal!!
Kick ass video
HAHA that andrew zimmerman impression was down right hilarious. I mean real funny.
Hey can u do beef ribs and how long do they take to cook. I dont eat pork.
I push the meat button then the push the Rice/Resot button to set the the red light to well. Then I push the timer button to set time to 30 minutes but when it reaches 25 minutes and I push it one more time it reset to 6 minutes, it want go past 25 minutes?
Can't wait to try this! Did you let the pressure release naturally or did you release the pressure after the 30 minutes?
@bigtone317

Lisa Mathis I would suggest a natural release of pressure I think it makes most proteins turn out a little bit better
What is the rub mixture measurements
It would be nice if you gave the measurements for the spices and brown sugar
What is your rub mixture in measurements???
This method worked for me, ever since I bought my power cooker Plus I only gained about 8 lb, cool
What type of Ribs are you using? For example: Baby back or Slab or spare ribs?
Awesome i do this,do u nake your iwn sauce?
What size is your pressure cooker? I have a 6 quarts instant pot and was wondering if I could fit 2 slabs of ribs in it.

I made 1 rack ribs in the pressure cooker xl but it took an hour and they still were not fall off the bone tender I put about 4 cups of broth in. they were barely fork tender. Is there a temperature setting or something I'm missing?
@BigtoneProductionsBeatsFeasts

Brandon Hinton maybe what perspire cooker do you have ? On the ppc if you Push the cook time selecter button you can increment too high maybe that might have been the difference I’m not sure hopefully that helps in one hour if it’s not done then just set your timer for another 30 minutes or so
@dianemcquay8460

Guys, I think he put to much liquid. You were boiling the ribs and I’m sure they weren’t completely submerged. Try a cup of broth to steam pressurize your ribs. Stand them in your rack if you want them out of the liquid...9 months ago, you’ve probably already figured this out!!!

I put my ribs on for one hour but I see they can be done in a 30 minutes....next time I'm going to try it for 30 minutes and see if mine get as tender as yours in that time.
Add a couple drops of some liquid smoke.

Take them to the grill instead of the oven to get the smoke flavor.

To much work to sear them first. I tried that already and it doesn't add anymore flavor to the ribs like I thought it might.

Very nice demo but please don't buy this product! I did and was very happy with the cooking results. I bought mine on 9/2/18 and used it 3 times the first week. I stored it in my closet in it's original box because I don't have cabinet space for it. Brought it out last week and cooked 2 pork roast, "for pulled pork" which came out great. That's a total of 5 times using it. Brought it out again this morning and rinsed the pot, to cook 2 more. I notice shiny spots in the bottom of the pot. On a closer look the coating was coming off in several places. I only used wooden or plastic made for coated pans to remove or stir anything I had in the cooker. Never stored anything in it either. I'm over my 60 day warranty so they can't do anything to help me. I have 7 more roast to cook for a Benefit, guess I'll do it the old fashion way "takes 24hrs" in a crock pot. Guess I'll keep it for canning. My suggestion is to buy one with a pot that's not coated!

Thank you for sharing your experience!j
Dude way too much liquid. You are now Wayne Wayne rather than steaming. Flag on the play! Never put more than 3/4 to 1 cup of liquid in an instant pot. Also if you coil the ribs put the meat side and not out word as you did. Appreciate the effort

I meant you are boiling the ribs. No more than 20 minutes in pressure cooker. Let naturally release then paint with sauce and place on grill bone side down.
Superb job. But you need to lose some weight. It's going to kill you.
