Love you Pastor Ben. Your ministry has been, and continues to be such a wonderful blessing to our Free Chapel congregation. Thank you for being so honest, and down to earth. I know the pain of a divorce, especially as a Christian. Pray for you, and your family every day. Hard to understand why these things happen, but God will see you through this heartache. Please never forget that the Lord is, and always will be with all of you. May he heal and restore you all. I can honestly say “yes God is faithful”
Amen praise the Lord. Thank you for sharing. I went through the biggest storm of my life 4 years ago. Everything I had taken and/or stolen from me and destroyed. Almost lost my life in the mist of it all. During the hurt pain sorrow and brokenness is when I became closer to Jesus and started to grow a true relationship with Him he was no longer just savior but Lord of my life. It took me losing everything and nearly dying to see and gain understanding. During that time in my life I literally had to take it moment by moment day for day bc a 24 hour period was tooooo much for me to get through. But by the power of Holy Spirit I am now stronger and didnt just get throughit but grew through it. God gave me identity he gave me a purpose he gave me a calling and I know if I never went through that storm I would still be living outside of his will for my life. Life isn't easy but it's worth it. God bless you. We may go through job like experiences BUT God always sees us through and gives us double for our suffering. Hallelujah glory to God. Amen.
Wow ! Thanks for the Honesty! Well done! I have been going through a hell storm the last two years with My Family, just now getting better, but I definitely can relate to the not understanding Why someone dedicated to The Lord would be going through this sort of the thing. I have to remind Myself that the devil doesn’t go after ordinary People, The attack goes to the ones who are going to do great things for The Kingdom of God, and the enemy doesn’t go after unless Your carrying the ball… the fact that We are still praising the Lord even though is what matters! Though He slay Me, yet I will praise Him!
