How much does the lactate kit cost? I know the alaliser is about 10k. How much are the one time use staff like the tubes, and finger lancets etc? How many of those 1 time kits you use for a single session of testing 1 athlete ? I know each testing protocol uses different amount of lactate samples, so on average .
how many times a week would you use this training method? and would you use it in camp or out of camp?
Can you do these on a motorized treadmill?
Maybe I should pull out a lactate kit in my commercial gym so I look like I have OCD.
