I've come to realize that the key to amassing wealth lies in making sound investments. I purchased my first home at the age of 21 for $87,000 and sold it for $197,000. My second home, acquired for $170,000, was later sold for $320,000, and my third property, purchased at $300,000, fetched $589,000, with buyers covering all closing costs and expenses. Not reaching a million before retirement feels like an unfulfilled goal.-..

I initially started my investment journey with the guidance of a financial advisor named *Jenny Pamogas Canaya.* Her transparent approach granted me full control of my investments, and her fees are reasonable, considering my return on investment. Nonetheless, it's crucial to conduct thorough research before engaging with any financial advisor.-|

Takeaways: stop using poverty strategies to try and get rich, be intentional about who I allow to be my teacher, position myself such that I have no safety net and no choice but to succeed. Last, I will be blessed with THE SAME MEASURE that I bless and elevate others.

God gives wisdom in a few words.. 😩😩😮‍💨😮‍💨~ “who’s money”… basically you just manage it.. I learned awhile ago (I have a 5yr old) that how I treat my son is how God will treat me 😮‍💨😮‍💨~ his experiences are my experiences and the sooner he experience exposure the harder it will be for “traditions” to rob him of his Gifts!!! Love this and ever episodes.. listen to this made my tear up because God corrected me on something’s.. Listening to y’all have given me so much wisdom and gems!!!

I have recently accepted the fact that not everyone is built to create a business or create a plan of success to become independent and not depend on a job where one doesn't have ownership in that same company or business. Once I realized that about someone close to me, I stopped stressing, and a weight was lifted off me. However, I will point out their poverty strategies to get them to think and realize more is available if you seek the knowledge and create. The setback is laziness on their part in execution.

What CJ does is actually really easy imo. Handling business is not a special skill. Being an a-hole is not a skill set. I’d say ET and Karl are the biggest players with a skill but CJ always talks about Karl in a demeaning way based on a personality profile. It’s really sus.

Shut up! He is not demeaning at all! He is honest and this is his brother. The problem with people like @techoutadam you would smile with Karl, yet talk about him behind his back 🚮 The reason why Karl has grown bc his BROTHERS have shown him how great he really is! Furthermore, stop treating him like he some kind of homeless pet 🤮With his talent, it would have been a SIN for him not to step up and be wealthy ( in all areas of his life) beyond his potential 🎉 Thank GOD he doesn’t have friends like you around him!

@techoutadam bro, it’s apparent you don’t know the origin story of ETA nor do you know business. ET was doing speaking for nearly 20 years before he met CJ. It was CJ’a gift that helped ET become a household name. Not to mention, it’s nearly impossible to quantify the ability to lead people, solve high level problems and create momentum. I can point to thousands of skilled/talented people; however, there’s a huge gap between the ones who can actually execute.
