Also apologies... my U key is pretty broken. i typed half of this on my broken pc, but i moved to my better tablet after! and idk how to explain all too well, apologies- heres some of my experience!! BUT .. I foUND my theriotype throUgh learning abot animals. I also didnt really like my theriotype at first, when i discovered. bt i learned to accept myself for who i am, yk? I thoght id be a cat, bt i realized. I felt something inside of me telling me that is not quite who i am. (I am a Lionkin, still learning though who i was/am if you know what i mean ) +try googling types of animals, if you wish, and learning about them too. Heres Some examples of Animals + some questions that are optional. If you feel strongly, or relate,Id sggest looking into them! sorry for my poor word choosing, haha.. you also may be surprised with your identity!! okay, here we go mouse... rodents? birds, bats? do you like dark places? do you feel the need or want to fly? would you rather be in a nest in a tree? cats .. dogs.. wolf, lion, ETC.. are you a fan of meats? or do you feel better running freely? If you could choose... would you sleep in a cozy den in the jungle or forest, or inside where its nice and warm all the time+ would you occassionally go outside for a walk or stroll, if you prefer the indoors? EXTRA. Do you like hunting? Do you feel like you could just pounce on a mouse right now? Do you feel phantom limbs ? (back pain, need to fly . wings.. ears, wagging tail or paws?) ---- GOODLUCK ON YOUR JOURNEY!! :) have a good day or night and stay safe. Hope i helped.

If you only have a strong connection you could be otherhearted! A Therian is someone who non-physically identifies as an animal or species. It is not a choice (pls to research on your own time to understand more as i am not an expert on this). And dont worry we will always accept and support you no matter what

I am a polytherian, having my main theriotype a crow but my second a falcon, and my third a coyote. These are wonderful and I listen to them whilst running through the wilderness in my backyard. I used to have the dilution that I and others were part wolf (lycanthropy). I've since learned that this is something I believed as a coping mechanism because I couldn't face what reality actually was at that time. It's nice being able to look back and know I was disillusioned. Reality is much nicer for me when it isn't seen through a blurry fog of my own imagination. However, this playlist is really inspirational and should help me write. Putting myself in the shoes of a situation as if it were real really helps me creatively. And I really love this playlist so far. I've always had a deep connection to animals. Thank you for sharing this super creatively uplifting art.

I've been listening to this playlist over and over again and every time I listen I just want to sing along with these songs. When I was younger, I had dreams of being in forests just running free, now that I'm older I've felt Wings, wolf ears, and a wolf tail. Occasionally when I get excited or upset I feel my features move, it's extremely weird, does anyone else experience something similar to what I'm currently experiencing? Edit: Is it common/normal to be a hybrid of two creatures? I searched this up myself but Google didn't show anything relevant to my search title

I discovered this playlist around the time it was put on yt. I had no idea what a therian was or what a alterhuman was. I felt very happy and connected listening to this playlist though, I dont know how to describe it but I felt "seen" almost. Anywho, turns out I was a therian! So this playlist was actually my first discovery of who I actually was/am.

As a northwestern wolf therian, I was very satisfied with this playlist, to know there is a community in which relates and experiences the same things I do is truly reassuring and comforting. It is difficult to deal with things like this. But for young therians out there losing hope: there is always someone out there, someone out there waiting for you, someone out there who can understand your sorrows and struggles. How can I tell if I'm a therian or just a furry? I've kinda felt super connected to wolves and/or bears for a large part of my life and can't tell what I am exactly. @@slimeisgone7433 For sure 🐾 Another thing I should point out is dysphoria. Not all therians experience it but it is common. Personally I get it quite bad, it's like a deep sadness, wanting to be something different from your own body. If you experience this don't be afraid to reach out. Community and being around critters like yourself is one of the best ways to cope with this (as well as visiting home in the woods) Don't feel rushed, take your time to understand yourself and who you are

You can identify as a different species without believing in a past life or a literal spirit inside of yourself. That's how I am. I'm just sick of being a human and hate to feel the dysphoria. Makes me feel better to identify as something else.

I discovered myself out by how much I relate to wolves and how much I wished I was one. Feeling dysphoria/phantom feelings etc! So, if you really think you are, then you might just be. I too feel the fur feeling and wings(bat wings, I’m also a bat therian :p)
