What concerns me more is the friend that keeps harassing her abt swimming, like it’s not that deep😭 Edit 1: let me correct myself, I know she wore a swimsuit and she made it seem like she is going to swim, but i felt like the friend should’ve just left her alone, I mean if it was because she wanted her to have fun it’s fine, but the friend just kept persisting like it’s okay if they don’t want to swim, btw thanks for the likes although it was controversial asf😭💕

im pretty sure its because the friend keeps on saying they're gonna swim. im not sure if its all friends, but i'm pretty sure most would leave you alone if you just said you didn't wanna swim.

i’d literally teach you if i could 😭 it’s so fun once you get used to it. try not to feel so embarrassed when you’re around good friends, get out of your comfort zone and maybe ask for some help. real friends are gonna enjoy teaching you.

THANK GOD IM NOT ALONE!!!! I was always scared of water as a kid and my family never really went to pools and we rarely go to the beach soo I never learned how so I just don’t go in or go anywhere near it because my family os a bunch of jokesters and would most likely push me in 😅🥲

When my mom would take me to the pool as a kid and she xalled for me saying it was time to leave I'd dive into the deep end and swim to the bottom and then float to the top and keep swimming pretending I didn't hear her

I love swimming and it's usually my idea to go in the first place but then when I get there I start getting self conscious and anxious so I stand around for like 20 minutes trying to hype myself up.

They're mostly meaning overall, not just the girl in the video. There's multiple possibilities of what it could be. For me, who is that friend who avoids swimming, it's because I'm recovered now but not ready to show anything yet. It's different for everyone.

I’m too scared to swim. My brothers used to pull me under and hold me “for fun” and it has destroyed any confidence I have about getting into water.

no because I used to hate getting in, then when I got in I nearly drowned (I didn’t learn my lesson because this happened at least 2 more times) and then I finally learned to swim a little bit, and now I get in just to like chill because I still can’t swim and I’m too short to go past the 4 feet water…

My greatest problem with swimming is that I only like getting into water (whether pools or beach) to either play games with others or chill in the shallow part of the beach and I only get into the water if I'm going to be there for a long time. So since no one I know likes going to the beach/pool for the actual water I end up being extremely reticent to going and then end up being the only one that spends the entire afternoon chilling in the water most of the time.
