No matter how many times I see you do that garlic trick with the microwave, it will always blow my mind in such a satisfying way.

I worked for the same company here in the uk just in a different division (iykyk), shout out to the kitchen teams for keeping us warehouse workers fed. Getting a good meal always brightened up my shift :)

For about 20 seconds, as soon as you can hear that it starts to make a sound it is ready. If you leave it longer it will still work, but it will cook the garlic 👌😀👍

Enjoy watching the videos as I once considered the culinary art - great job! I have a random question. I assume that you are the executive head chief and have other chiefs? From the other videos it appears that there are multiple people creating dishes along with yours? What be interesting is seeing a video along side of these individuals to showcase their skills? I find it very educational on cooking techniques that I show one of my boys as he shows interest in the culinary art. AND YES it is an art to produce quality food to feed everyone with a always changing special. Sorry, just asking a question.

Once you cook long enough the nerves in your hands start to die off.i used to work at taco cabana and was able to touch the hot plate for 1 or 2 seconds before i started to feel it.on the tortilla press

Next chef you guys should. Breakfast prepared lunch for all the customers you made lunch for everybody You have an awesome kitchen staff, but also you’re a hard-working chef. Just watch you around when you’re preparing your lunch for all your customers you don’t stop your hard work you have a catch death with you or your customers are leaving. Happy systems for your delicious food and cooking that you did for that I can meet you on a job well done I’m gonna try that dish that you made

Would love to try to do that trick with the garlic, but I don’t even own a microwave. I hate them.

I love your videos and am going to keep watching because it reminds me of the good days when I worked in a big kitchen. But from a place of love and care for the environment (and I understand that they are not 100% paper), the paper towels, big dog... Does Angel Hill have a policy against washing/wiping down with cloth towels? I know you have buckets of bleach mixture all over the kitchen and prep area. I don't mean any disrespect, but it has been eating at me.
