​@SuperJ98 30 MPH on that section of road is slow, unless you are taking one of the sharp turns on that road or are in unfavorable conditions, there is no reason to drive at slow of a speed. Also, the first response of the other driver would have been all the horn and lights, he was probably doing it long before the start of the video and the driver behind got fed up. People have places to be.

If I see someone that wants to go faster, I move over for them, it's not that hard. That being said I wouldn't pass a Ferrari, I'd just stay behind to look at it and hear the exhaust

The only thing a speed limit obliges is: “it’s illegal to drive above this speed”, not “you must drive at this speed”. As long as he is not endangering anybody and as long as there is no minimum speed limit, which is the case on many highways, the driver can at all times choose at what speed he drives. Especially on curvy roads because the driver must maintain a speed he is comfortable with. So please stfu kid.
