    I have a question while testing how many products would you say have in your store while testint for winners? Just that one winner until you get it and then start finding other winners or fillers? Or make your store/ start it and have like 20 products before testing like how many products would you have in the store before/while your testing new products/winners I currently have 18 products in my store but they arnt too on nichie so i was thinking should I just have one product or 2 while testing and when i get a winner I start adding products based around that product Or should i go on and go find good products and add em as fillers while testing but dont know how many i should add

  • @theecomzone

    I always suggest choosing a niche then going with 3 to 5 subcategories with 10 to 20 products in each. Ofc products should all fit into one niche.

    real nice video and has more info that most 'gurus courses' living in the UK what is your rough net profit after VAT? in percentage terms? i feel like VAT could wipe most profits?

  • @theecomzone

    @theecomzone

    27 күн бұрын

    Yes after VAT was introduced in 2022, it does take a chunk of my profit. It's kinda stupid how everyone selling to the UK has to charge VAT and pay VAT. Net profit is around 20%, I try to reduce profits as much as possible with expenses.

    @@ollieward7231 Well most of my customers are from the US, so I don't pay VAT on that, I only pay purchase tax on AliExpress for US orders. Imo £2000+ revenue a day is good enough. It really depends on the lifestyle and goals you're trying to go for. I don't live lavishly and most of my money goes straight into S&S and crypto. Also, Q4 is where you want to ramp things up and try to hit £10,000 days to make up for the slower times of the year.

    @@ollieward7231 Nope I still advertise to the UK, AliExpress is actually cheaper to the UK as they don't charge me purchase tax, It's not a lot but still helps. If you don't want to pay VAT, just don't advertise to the UK.

    Mate, how’s catalog ads working for you? If I have shortlisted and uploaded a bunch of products that I think might be potential winning products, do you think it’s a good idea to use catalog to get FB choose what might be winner for me first? Or should I do ABO interest targeting on individual products to test. I’m just thinking from a cost pov. Thanks!

    Dynamic Catalog Ads still going good. I then launch DCT campaigns for the winning products. You can also try using DCT from the get go where you choose 10 images and Meta chooses the best

  • @theecomzone

    Be flexible when you absorb information online. Give or take 25-50% every 2/3 days is fine but it all depends on metrics, profitability, AOV, CPAs, cash flow, etc. This is why numbers/information vary. I sometimes even double the budget or increase it by 10%.

    Hey do you usually put the same ads in the other different adsets so your just changing the audience, or are you putting different ads in the other adsets?

  • @theecomzone

    @theecomzone

    23 күн бұрын

    Good question, test both! You're trying to test different variables whilst keeping other variables the same. Just make sure to not overdo duplicating with the same interest or you may experience audience overlap as you'll be bidding against yourself - not sure if it's true but that's what Meta says anyways.

    I believe the issue is that many beginners think about the end goal and ask if making millions from dropshipping is possible. The answer is you can make money from anything as long as you put your mind to it, hustle away, learn skills, adapt, execute, etc. Most beginners fail because they don't have the skill set to succeed in e-commerce, check this video out to find out which skills you should focus on developing kzread.info/dash/bejne/hY1hytNre7Ssg6w.htmlsi=253I95p-pV4KtMNk. Personally, for me, I won't be retiring early, I love working and taking on challenges. What you're probably looking for is an escape from the rat race.

E-commerce is honestly something I am interested in because it has so many possibilities and I believe it can open a lot of opportunities for me to the live the kind of life I’d like to. It’s just not knowing the end game that makes me nervous is all. I appreciate you for being the kind of KZreadr you are though.
