Pouring Concrete & Handling an Angry Customer
Ойын-сауық
For Episode 16 we find ourselves in Platteville, WI, where we removed some old landscaping, poured two concrete slabs, and tackling water drainage issues for a commercial site.
Stick around until the end for a unique twist - join Kaleb as he handles a customer service call in real-time. This unscripted interaction provides a candid look at the challenges and resolutions involved in customer service. Spoiler alert: it doesn't end as expected. Or maybe it does.

So he's basically ducking custies with legitimate complaints. Messed up. Instead of getting angry just recommend a lawyer or small claims.

Haha, right? It's like we have a magical 'do nothing' button. If only! 😅 We're always working hard to make things better for our customers!
and that is why i don’t recommend anyone. Always comes back to bite you. They don’t want to pay your the mark up to him to be a subcontractor, so they can save money. Never works.

If their concrete was dry, they would have a lower slump. Do you not know how concrete slump is measured?
