Water - 90 milliliters
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Flour - 100 grams
Cream:
Cream - 300 milliliters
Gelatin - 1 teaspoon
Powdered sugar - 3 tablespoons
Vanilla sugar - 1 teaspoon
- It is better to use powdered sugar or fine sugar for the cream.
It was an experiment, the result of which I really liked. Custard pies made with coconut oil turn out great! They bake faster and cook very well. And the light aroma of coconut further decorates the cakes. Prepare - you won't regret it!

    My cakes didn’t rise, even though I followed the recipe. The result was some kind of pancakes (((it’s a pity for the wasted time and products.

    I'm very sorry that it didn't work out for you. I've made this recipe many times and never had a problem. It turns out better and easier than using butter. It is very important, at every stage, to follow everything shown in the video. Place the baking sheet in a preheated oven and under no circumstances open the oven during the first 20 minutes of baking. But this is a general rule for any baking. When I started my culinary journey, there were dishes that had to be cooked several times to get excellent results.
