dont worry , Surely South Texas will receive all that water, Florida will have to wait a little. Of course we know that Florida is unlucky in that it always receives hurricanes suddenly.

Tropical storms aren’t hurricanes, they are a type of tropical cyclone though. Hurricanes have minimum sustained wind requirements.
