I'm in the uk a newbie to drones did a load of research to find the atom it fell in my budget price range so I bought it not been disappointed so far so easy to fly and can handle strong winds really well camera works pretty well happy with the atom ideal for beginners

Nice looking little drone that one. The charging time is so much better than the DJI mini SE I have. As you said it only charges one battery at a time and can take hours to fully charge all 3.

Mine just arrived today, and despite some hemming and hawing about the fact that you can't shoot any Log video, the benefits outweighed the negatives, for sure. Curious if you've found a way to deal with the no-ND-filters currently made for this. My understanding from shooting video (specifically on my Pocket 3) is that we'd love to keep the ISO at 100 and then have the shutter speed in a good setting to deal with motion blur - if we have to crank shutter speed to deal with all the light, are you finding the files to have a different "look" than you're used to with some higher-end drones with clip-on-ND capability? Thanks for the great content!

Buy oval nd filter, not off center one, for dji mini 2, you will need sand up 1 mm on sides an it's fits perfect, I am useing it for some time now!! You have video on my profile

Absolutely loving the ease of use and the video coming off it so far. Haven’t played with the files yet, but excited to push them a little and see what I get. Thanks again!

It should be recording in landscape by default. Have a look through the settings.

I don’t think that you can without the controller but I might be wrong. They never told me not to mention DJI but I just decided to focus on this drone.

This aint a budget drone.. maybe for usa.. but for aus the combo pack is $597 without shipping and $537 with your discount without shipping.. Its cheaper to get the fimi mini 3 which would be better or the fimi x8 mini v2

VLOS is the most stupid rule for every country except here in Canada since we literally have 0 regulations with Transport Canada with sub 250g . I have had mine out over 3kms at 500m. Only thing we cant do is fly withing class F airspace and restricted notams. Section 9 of CARS is the only thing we must follow which is do not operate your drone in a manor that is likely to cause injury. So pretty much dont be stupid and use common sense.
