► 1/5 lb (3 pieces) chicken breasts
► 4 potatoes
► 1 onion
► 120 g (1 cup) gruyere cheese
► 200 ml (3/4 cups) heavy cream
► 100 ml (1/2 cup) chicken broth
► 1 sweet bell pepper cut in bite size
► 3 tbsp olive oil
► 3 tbsp butter
► salt and pepper to taste
► 1 large or 3 small tomatoes cut in bite size
► 2 eggs
► 1/2 tsp (3 g) dry thyme
► 1 (5 g) tsp curry
► parsley for garnish (optional)
Oven 390F (198C) 40 minutes, and additional 10 minutes after adding tomatoes and cheese
