Ingredients you'll need

-1 egg
-50g,1/4 cup sugar
-1tsp instant yeast
-250g,1 3/4 cup bread flour
-1/2tsp salt
For custard filling:
-1 egg yolk
-80ml,1/3 cup milk
-1tbsp sugar
-1tbsp custard flour
