I've been watching these videos for a couple of years now. They are very clean and I've learned so much from their skills! One of my top favorite channels!❤❤❤

I love the way they do their cooking, outside environment, clean, no talking, no testing food while cooking ...I will set up a similar kitchen in my rural home in Kericho Kenya. Love the two ladies. It's a skill that the young lady has gotten from her mum.

What incredible patience these village cooks have. Maybe against a background of such lovely sounds I'd manage it, but at home more likely it would be chips and egg, or maybe an omelette if I felt adventurous.

We have a dish here in the USA called potato salad. It's similar to this dish in that it contains potatoes, which are diced rather than mashed, boiled eggs, and onions. There may be other ingredients too, like celery, garlic, paprika, pickles etc. There are many variations. The major difference is potato salad is mixed with mayonnaise/salad dressing and served cold. The dish demonstrated here is, to me, a version of potato salad served breaded and fried and piping hot. It looks delicious!
