Ғылым және технология

Potassium Permanganate is widely used in the world, everything from water purification to wilderness fire-starters. But what is it? Where do you buy KMnO4? (You really can't) How do I make Potassium Permanganate? (You really shouldn't) But we will answer all your questions regarding this fascinating oxidizing agent.
Potassium Permanganate is the most intensely coloured molecule in the world, and is such a powerful oxidizer, it will destroy any organic material it touches. (That includes you!) Be safe, have fun, and DON'T PLAY WITH POTASSIUM PERMANGANATE!

I remember hearing about that! They deemed it safe for consumption but advised not to drink, I believe.

Sadly, it isn't easy to buy, but it is simple to make if you have some Manganese metal.

Why do we see green when it's purple? Haha, drink a 2 liter bottle of grape soda and call me after you sit on the toilet the next day.
