Concrete was to wet for my liking and the converters weren’t keeping up with pour I would presume this slab has shown signs of cracking

Us a water proofing agent in the concrete, xypex or penetron

Conduit is installed wrong, tensioning will cause concrete to fail,
no pusher and huh? no vibrator? might be a ground slab thing.

Not only non union, but no CSO's, no PPE's. I'd like to know what condo's so I don't end up renting, it might fall apart any sec.
