Miguna is able to coherently and unashamedly state his opinion and base it on facts. Kanjama has been exposed by this election as an ambulance chaser doing everything to appear in public without adding any value to the debate and i'm glad Maraga was wise enough to deny his application to be Amicus Curiae. Joy Mdivo is very shallow maybe her written communication is better than her verbal. Simekha is analytical and is able to articulate his opinion well. This analysis should only have been done by Miguna and Simekha.

It's interesting to see Miguna change his tone. He knows Uhuru, Jubilee, and the Mount Kenya mafia have been caught...

reflective soul 1. iebc refused to act on the court's order to provide several information 2.several documents/forms used lacked security features they were supposed to have 3.There were more than 500,000 ballots extra on the presidential numbers than other totals for other seats 4.They never transmitted the results accordingly 5.Iebc lawyers failed to convince the judges

This is a good forum but again we beg u to continue enlightening Kenyan's to watch when voting.Kenyans if they vote for Uhuru he is going to oppress them infact his going to dictate so Vote NASA please.

It is unfortunate people did not really read the full statement of the observers. I would invite you to read the full statement of the carter center especially paragraph 11, point 2 which is copied and pasted below: *Vote Tallying and Results Transmission. As noted above, the electronic transmission of polling station results forms from the polling station level to the 290 constituency centers and to the national tally center proved unreliable. While the data entry of the results from the KIEMS system transmitted successfully to the national tally center, the early display of these tallies was not substantiated by scanned copies of the polling station results forms for the presidential race. Nor were these results clearly labeled as unofficial. Given that the tallying process is ongoing, the Center is currently unable to provide an overall assessment. We will continue to monitor tallying and election results processes in the weeks ahead.* And I think the main problem was actually on result transmission..

I do agree with you... and it is because of fear of this kind of situation that the Center mentioned that the ''electronic transmission of polling station results forms from the polling station level to the 290 constituency centers and to the national tally center proved UNRELIABLE.'' And this part of the statement was quoted by Raila himself when he was announcing the next move of NASA on 16th August.... We need to understand that the mandate of the Observers is not to announce who is winner or who lost, but to contribute in improving the process.... And the most problematic part of the process is the result transmission... May the Lord protect Kenya... What we all need is peace...(of course, also *justice*)

Observers failed us

Looking at the increasing level of impunity; way and means t address it especially when it comes from top leaders. Going forward how can president's past or future, who choose to violate duties and responsibilities under oath of office they hold or have held before be brought and be seen to face justice. Let's Kenyan rise above tribal politics. With this reelection; would we want to vote in a Luo or a Kikuyu president type of election? This has brought Kenya to have only two parties or 3. Kenyans so that choose democracy and not tribe. Let vote wisely for posterity. Reelection can be even within a few day because solving Kenya's deep woes and challenege is hinged on their will themselves and not just petty politics. Look ahead Kenyans. Recall that how do nations relegate towards despondency: misrule; which can on be solved peaceful by self determination
