This song isn't respecting girls. "sunflower" is metaphor since sunflowers are hard to grow and drain the soil they grow in of nutrients. The song basically is of a girl who drained his energy. "your love would be too much" means earning your love isnt worth it. "you'll be left in the dust/ unless i stuck by yah" in other words is "you aint shit without me".

@Krish Sony most likely had nothing to do with the movie other than the fact that they approved Marvels request to release it as marvel only has partial film rights. Disney does own Marvel yes so Disney still won ahah.. All creds go to Marvel though because they're the ones who put in the effort. Disney obviously just supervised it.

When this came out I was homeless, on drugs, and then jail. I now have a house, job, and husband. This song and “Clover Cage - In the Moment” are the two songs that helped get rid of my depression. I just want to send love to everyone and I want everyone to know things will get better. We are in this together..I love you ❤️😊

My best friend and I swore that this will be our song together, months ago he moved schools, and news that he killed himself. I still can’t imagine to this day what my life would be like without him. I would send him hundreds. No, thousands of sunflowers if I could because he meant that much to me. He is my sunflower.
