That's not how I see this lol...Sunflowers give off toxins (terpenes and various phenolic compounds) from all their parts (roots, leaves, stems, flowers, seeds, etc.) that impede the growth of other plants or even kill them. This IMO represents a toxic relationship. 😆 Someone who can't make it in life without the constant affection or lifeline they see in their partner, to the point where this person sucks the life out of the other.

I've been going through a rough time and I just play this on repeat and it makes me feel better. ❤️

Every time I hear this song I start crying it’s just so beautiful and the fact that they inspired the movie to be made in New York where I was from and still living to this day.
