Seeing Jack this energetic is a sight to behold, I'd give him my soul if he asked with this smile he had on tonight. And they're just getting started, baby!

Man I'll be honest..I wasn't big on Tatar at beginning of year but the stuff hes done this year hitting 20 goals, sticking up for teammates, and his 2 way play being noticable I hope they find a way to bring him back next year. He's really become a part of this team

Absolutely agree. I've had no issues with him this season, but I literally wanted us to get rid of him asap last year. So happy for him & his personal success, he was dealt a tough hand in the Stanley Cup finals with Montreal & has used it as motivation for sure, he really deserved to hit 20g this season & I'm still amazed that he's 4th in +/- in the league with a +41, only players ahead of him are 3 Boston players. I too hope he sticks around for next season, he & Nico have formed great chemistry & he would also be a great mentor for his fellow countryman Nemec next season. Way to go Tuna & LGD!!!

He's had to have one of the biggest plus/minus turnarounds in NHL history...especially for the same team -22 last season and so far a +41. Thats gotta be historic

Never seen Jack so happy good to see

Tonight was like Christmas Day for any Devils fan! Clinched home ice, Luke makes his NHL debut, Jack breaks points record, depth is coming up big once again all while constantly rotating a body or 2 in or out of the lineup. The good vibes and smiles on all the guys faces, & of course, Lindy....I remember when we hired him Buffalo fans said be good to him cuz they know better than anyone how much he brings to the table. Well, I couldn't be happier to see him tie the franchise wins record & fingers crossed we can break it for him! He & the team both deserve it! Fitzy deserves GM of the year, I'd assume Montgomery wins the Jack Adam's award but Lindy will 100% be one of the 3 finalists. LGD!!!!!!

I loved how both Jack and Luke had the same answer about their parents. Shows how true and close their family really is.

Jack breaking this record had really been a nice chance for me to remember just out good Elias really was. I would love to hear the Czech players on the team talk about just how aware of him while they were coming up, and if they looked up to him. I think he’s 2nd only to Jagr in goals, assists, and points by a Czech player all time.

Love Jack..but that record on an empty net was like Strahans record sack on Brett Farves dive.

As an Isles fan I’ve gotta say that these 2 kids are the future of the Devils and the NHL. Dad taught you kids well !

Glad Luke got a game in. I'm hoping that's it for him. This is not the time to break in a 19 year old D man. V bailed him out a couple of times. Its PLAYOFFS, Keep Brendan Smith sharp.

Happy for the parents. Imagine having 3 kids in the NHL. That's bonkers.
