I love your updates! I totally giggle about some of your food comments. (I can so so relate!) I've traveled a lot since my DS. I've only had 1 person mention the weight loss when they looked at my passport. I thought it'd be a bigger hastle, but it really hasn't been. I hope you have a wonderful cruise. I’m so glad you enjoy them, I feel the same about yours! They were SUCH a boon to me pre-op, in the first year, and now, too. Although, I have to admit that now I come for the clothes and the smiles! Fingers crossed the Russian immigration officers are as easy-going about my changed appearance as the Canadians, Mexicans, and Americans have been. I’m not concerned so much about the other countries, but I’ve had the Russians be sticklers with me before.

I am coming to the end of my parade of carbs (thank goodness - I was starting to get tummy aches!) Sounds like a whole bunch of fun coming up! I have never been on a cruise - maybe a future family vacation 😃 I love the flexibility and forgiveness the DS offers, but still notice if I eat crap for more than a day or so, I truly feel like crap. High protein and fat are what make me feel the best for sure. That 6 pound gain will certainly melt off after lady's week is done. Always good to see your lovely face! 💕

Great update. I’m totally with you on friendly jealousy and also extremely proud of everyone....your trip sounds so exciting!!!! You will be ready for next summer’s trip for sure. 👍🏻❤️

Looking great! We went to Russia (Moscow and St. Petersburg) last summer and had to deal with the VISA nightmare too. It's no joke. Good luck to you. I don't blame you for wanting to milk your passport! Those aren't cheap. Stay the course on that one. I bet it will all work out fine.

What a fun update I’m so excited for your trips. Hopefully you will not have any issues with your passport I never even considered that. Sure wish that it had worked out for you to go to WLS Ave but hopefully next time

Oh yes! The passport issue. If they only charged for upgrading the darn photo, but no, they have to charge you for a whole new one, errr. I only had a small issue returning from Europe in 2016 and usually just small talk about it since. I hope you find out in time to get all your stuff done in the alloted time.
