The first ecg shows st depression maximum in v2_4 along with straighening of st segment in inf leads & lead i with straightening & slight elevation in lateral precordial leads >inferoposterolateral omi 2ry to likely LCX lesion especially with echo finding Resolution of pain with resolution of previous features in ecg denotes spontaneous opening of the artery, Giving history of multiple abortions raise suspicion of antiphospholipid & also pregnancy risk for spontaneous coronary artery dissection follow up of tge case to rule out fibromuscular dysplasia
