Not a fan of kabir singh , Arjun reddy or Animal , but Manoj Bajpayee is so spot on here & his arguments are as convincing as his acting he is known for.

People in India lack objectivity when it comes to judging art. Judge the film objectively instead of pushing your own opinions and agendas on it. The character is a manipulator, misogyny, a murderer, and overall unhinged, but that is just the character. Treat it like that instead of villifying the actors and the director. Grow up!

This woke breed needs to get some common sense. Is there any survey data that a film with violence, and toxicity turn youth into bad people? In that case each good film with high morals should influence the society positively and make society in general better. Does it happen though? Strictly my own opinion a film's primary goal is to entertain people all the other things come second. Manoj Bajpai is right a poorly made film even with a good social cause or message won't be accepted.

Watch animal just like an entertaining hyper messy drama with good action and BGM. It is an A certified film..that means only 18 plus who supposedly should have rational conscience to decide good and bad and take a film as fiction can watch it. But sadly Indian youth audience at large isn't too matured enough to not get influenced by this kind of a film and so for films like ANIMAL people flock in thus making it a super hit. It is OK film.!! Thats it!!. overstretched a bit but not something of a film that one should become crazy about it. Stop this morality toxic nonsense. Many films in past and present like gehraiya, chalte chalte, god father etc weren't morally correct... and in ANIMAL it was never shown that whatever the protagonist did was right. He had a sorry end.. could not save his father as he is suffering from cancer, his family left him.. nothing went right for him. Better don't watch it if you feel these movies are arent for you, but you can't say an individual to make a film according to your wish.

I been telling people the same thing, it's a A rated movie, the director himself said that the movie is Full of violence and some other things, going to film that is A rated and complaining that the movie is Full of violence and sex that's hiprocasy at it's peak...

See the thing is this movie is not just about normalizing a certain deviant behaviour it also encourages the gun culture which will slowly be adopted by school kids who are standing at the door of adulthood. Movie makers have a social responsibility, i agree hollywood movies are more violent and see what they got, indiscriminate firing in schools. If making business by giving a distorted view of manhood to kids (btw its on netflix too) takes a higher precedence over social responsibility then god forbid what awaits in the near future. Manoj is not addressing these lines. Because GOW will come under the scanner. .Suited men fully armed committing crimes in broad daylight sort of glorifies the gun culture that ensures a speedy way to settle old scores ..trust me young kids luv to imitate and idolize such things.. S. Vanga Reddy should be careful enough to stop access to this movie for kids, its worse than porn..

In the disclaimer of the movie it's clearly written, this film doesn't promote gun culture and all. And I hope there's something called conscience atleast above 18+ people.

Was huge fan of Manoj bajpayee.... but his biased take on film like animal to get more work or his buttering approach...... it's done
