Yes, due to the way updates work in this game the seeds are changed and randomised up to fit new spells/perks in them. This messes with old seeds making them not work. You can't use this one anymore, but I'm not removing it for posterity's sake.

I once made a wand that would deal just over 32,000, and freeze the game for about 10 seconds, with a single click, without glass cannon. I want to see what that wand could have done WITH glass cannon lol. It was 10 or so trigger spells, can't remember which one, and if used as a melee weapon just right they would all do their thing in the same frame and cause insane damage. That's how I found out that the statues in the holy mountains have a max health of I'm assuming about 32,000, because after a hit they die and produced plague rats

If anyone is wondering, this doesn't work any more. Using this current seed in the full 1.0 release in January 2021 it gives a bunch of spells instead of wands at the first Holy Mountain.

Nolla however are way too cohesive a team of genuine cool to "patch out" any mechanics fueling Noita. It'd be like modern mathematicians saying "Algebra will no longer be a part of math..." ☻ Cheers.

The day after watching this I got the exact same wand in an unrelated seed. Of course, I was a newbie back then so it’s only natural my run ended in the snowy depths.

In one run, i bought a 75g wand that was extremely powerful that woke the god and killed him immediately. But sadly it's full of poison spell so it also killed me :(

I had a wand with always-cast magical bolts and 2 luminous drills. Not only did it have this kind of kick, it decimated most of the environment.

Wand from chest depend on the chest position in the world, moving the chest even a tiny bit change the wand you get (that only apply to wand, changing a chest position won't change it from gold to wand)

Bruh, one time I got an always cast circle of vigour in the first holy mountain.

Stendari + pouring from water flask = gold

Do you run seed changer to perform this footage and stuffs? I take it the wands are always the same on floor and shop? Only asking because trying to figure out the changable elements like chest rewards being different and how far that extends in the same seed to other stuff, and you seem like a good person to ask ^_^ From what you said I also take it enemt starting positions are the same as well?

While I'm not 100% sure on the factor of what wands spawn from chests, my hypothesis is that the seed changer actually generates slightly different RNG. while enemy spawns, wands, and chests will all contain the same things usually, the seed changer can't replicate RNG within RNG perfectly. When talking about the wand inside the chest, it was on my first run of this seed (without using the seed generator) in which I obtained the wand with luminous drills on it. This still needs testing but it's the best guess I have as to why exactly it does this. But yes, shop wands, enemy spawns, chest rewards, even perks and their re-rolls will be the same upon booting up the same seed.

from what i heard chests can change their content depending on their location, so if a chest is moved a bit its contents can change. Basicly chest spawns are handled by the seed but chest contents use their XY position in the map as an additional seed. Might be wrong though

I was launched into space each time I clicked. And i got killed at some point because a wizard blinded me.

Only found one of those in 440 hours of Noita...they're delicious, aren't they? Right up there w/ Always Cast "Matter Eater". Add a spark bolt and you're drilling through anything in the game, nearly ;) Cheers.

I remember when my brother found pretty good wand that always adds some bursts... god... if he weren't found the luminous drill and zig zag path... godness he had chainsaw exactly... he made a monster wand... luminous drill spell flies very far away + bursts anything that it's not touched! The cooldown was like 0 and this mana count... My brother made a hell wand... help me I'm gonna try exorcism this week.

Technically the best seed would be the one where you get the salt from a chest
