I have a question regarding jurisprudence that " is Jurisprudence study of the existing laws or the laws that would come into existence in future?" and other question is that there are so many jurists who have contributed and defined jurisprudence in accordance with their own conscience, so whom we have followed in making laws in India?

Thank you! Jurisprudence is the study of basic concepts of law which are common to every legal system like rights, duty, liability, possession, source of law, etc. Understand law as the body of principles or rules that regulates human conduct rather as a statute enacted by the competent authority. And, these concepts not only helps to understand a law but also facilitates to use proper terms while enacting laws. For example, we should know the actual difference between Possession and Ownership in order to frame a law.

My friends property was possessed by someone ilegal way since 12 years... Case in the court is going on.. can court transfer the title of possession to him..

Both the books are good. If you want to understand the topics quickly, then go for Takwani or if you want to understand the subject in detail, go with M P Jain.
