@@robertweitz6376 yes I have been there, the stage matches perfectly to the video. I remember one visit a few years ago during one visit to that same location. I was able to see his head spinning like in the video. If you look a current videos of the stage today at Dillingham Blvd his neck is still loose a little.

My boyfriend was a Tech at Chuck E Cheese Corporate Office in the Entertainment Department. He worked on the Bots. He said an Alan screw is loose, that's why the head can rotate all the way around. He said it's from the store tech not working on the bot.
