To anyone who might need to read this: 10 years ago I used to be very depressed, and have a very low self esteem. I didn’t want to keep living anymore. But I tried listening to positive affirmations despite being very skeptical of its benefits and it really changed my life. Even if at first you don’t believe what you are saying to yourself, keep trying and trust that eventually everything will get better.
