Brother my friend also suffers from this same problem but some little difference, he is por.n addict at starting from years but at last he realize he do wrong with himself and start doing gym workouts , pranayamas and not be alone and he always be with us his friends he not want to weaken or do bad with his body his fitness, he thought his body is his best friend and he do every attempt to stronger him and focus on small things also in life to improve his fitness and body more in less time than others and he watch lot of youtube videos of professional fitness people and their views and due to this many thoughts came in his mind that he should focus on breathing more during workouts, slow breather fast breathe if deep breathe than how long deep , slow or fast or for how much seconds he thought this is also important to improve his some fitness level because his view mindset is that breathing deep is important during heavy weight powerlifting and he should improve his breathing by pranayamas to becane more stronger and unique from others he takes diet 7times in day preworkout meal post workout meal and stop watching por.n , he do every step or little things to imorove his fitness but so many doubts confusion cane in his mind related to fitness questions and fear also cane that this can weaken body if he not do this work and confuse he restless and stressed but when he is with us playing sport or talk to each other than for only that time these thoughts not came or less came. . How to convince mind that this thought is not important because mind force us that do this otherwise this can happen and convince us at last by giving past bad examples of life when we fail .. how to stop fear of thoughts that this can happen and at last thought cane true in mind we know that is only thought but mind shows it is reality it happened and u cant done anything like same in your past u not do anything??
