@@michaeldemiurgos1387 Depends on the engagement Zeus wins on Land because Poseidon wouldnt have enough water to disperse the shock of lightning while in water Zeus wouldnt be able to effectively channel lightning. Hades is the earth wishing only for peace but constantly rattled by both and so at his angriest he could battle both but they all acknowledge one another at the end accepting Kingship in their own realms to maintain balance and let humans do their thing.

Poseidon can make almost every natural disaster like earthquakes, tornados, hurricanes, tsunamis etc. Zeus is strong don't get me wrong and he has more authority than the other gods and is respected by all of them but the title strongest God IMP goes to Poseidon. And this isn't becuz of Percy Jackson either

@@yu-gi-ohheathen I've read Greek Mythology and learn it in school. Zeus is king becuz he freed his brothers and sister from kronos. TBH all three brothers could've done it. Zeus just happened to be spared by Rhea. The reason he is still king is bcuz he put every children of him on the council to help him. Zeus is king of gods and god of the heaven, universe,etc. ruler of all, Poseiden is god of the earth, sea, earthquake and sometimes mortals, Hades is the god of the underworld and not the god of death, that’s Thanatos

People forget that he is actually really extremely strong and could easily hold up a fight with Zeus. They lowkey did him dirty in the series because first of all they didn’t show his real potential as one of the big three (Zeus, Poseidon and Hades) and second of all they still made him look kind of weak compared to Hera. I wanted him to be more intimidating just by his appearance. Maybe 🤔 my main problem is that he got not enough screentime

This show just reinforced the fact that Poseidon is my favorite greek god followed by Hades

My expectations were low for this show but it's great and I can't wait for season 2.

People in these comments know nothing about mythology. In the stories we get Poseidon clearly had an inferiority complex when it came to Zeus. The three brothers split the world equally however Zeus would still command Poseidon around. That made him angry and yet he could not go against Zeus so he would often lash out against anyone that defied him who was less powerful than him. Even though his domain is the ocean he would still hold court in Olympus which was Zeus' domain, putting Poseidon below Zeus. You wouldn't catch Hades holding court in Olympus because unlike Poseidon, Hades actually respected himself. Poseidon is less of a wiser older brother and more of a jealous older brother kind of character. Poseidon is by far one of the most vindictive gods of Olympus and the smallest thing would trigger his complex.

Zeus isn't even the strongest being in the Greek Mythos. That would belong to Chaos, but there are gods also in the same level as Zeus(or a bit higher) like Nyx.

All it will take is years of training, practice, opportunity, preparation and confidence, and someday Percy will be as powerful as his father. As for the others, Aquaman, Katara and Lapis Lazuli, Poseidon was the first hydrokinetic and the most powerful. Before Aquaman was first Namor, the Submariner, the first sea / water theme superhero. The Olympians are the first superheroes. With Hermes you see the Flash, with Poseidon you see Submariner.

All the mortals respect Zeus but none of the gods do and y'know what? That's how it should be. Out of all the OG Olympians, Zeus is the BABY.

If only Poseidon was portrayed as as much of a badass as Tolkien wrote his own water lord Ulmo. This Poseidon is still pretty cool

Record of Ragnarok Poesidon stomps this Poesidon easily. He’s a planet buster while this Poesidon is only island level.

I wish hades had more screen time in the show, he was also a enemy of the giants so it made no sense he wouldn’t assist in defeating the giants for good. A small part of me is happy though that blood of Zeus left him alone because while the last scene is my favourite in the show I am worried that they’d make him evil like Hera and ares.
