This is the exact reason why so many of us are suffering from PTSD, anxiety and depression. I wish I talked to a therapist years ago. What makes you think therapists don't experience the same losses? I'm now a counselor, working on being a therapist because I know first hand that my kind of people need people like us. Life happens to everybody. All walks of life suffer. We all have a story. But not everyone has the strength to want to do to better. Healing is a journey. Why not give yourself that love? I wish everyone Peace During their tribulations🤎

But that fraction was deep) I hope she finds some peace and success… Respect to Almighty for being a real one and continuing to do right by his peoples… and Almighty did a great job for this being in the beginning of his solo interviews. Glad she was able to do her first interview with someone who has known her since they were kids. That probably helped her a lot getting through her anxiety. She was able to open up enough to show us her personality and get her story.
